~FOOD~

went to ikea a few days back.. i can nv get tired of dat place! honey & mi spent half a day there.. hehe.. esp now there's many xmas deco.. v fun! after which we went to the food market nearby to eat.. nowadays we're so hooked on claypot frog leg porridge! haha our latest craving?

tried first the one at the queensway food market there.. dat was super spicy! both of us cud not take it haha.. not too bad.. 2nd 1 was at the food market near the Guanyin Temple near Bugis.. dat was not spicy at all.. super salty.. we're displeased wif it.. haha..

finally the one we tried at Yishun.. 1 of the coffeeshops near the interchange.. dat was qt spicy.. yet not DAT spicy until honey teared.. haha.. but it's more ex & not much gravy for my porridge.. but honey felt this was the best.. i tink Geylang's is still the best.. will try more.. =D

ydae went PS wif my mum.. we ended up shoppin at Carrefour.. hehe.. i felt lyke drinkin avocado milkshake so i got her to buy a couple of avocados.. not knowin how to choose, she decided soft ones shud haf more juice..

blended it wif some honey.. hehe.. yucks it tasted bitter & disgustin.. i din touch it after 1 taste.. lol todae i decided to try again.. added milk & honey.. yet it was still sucky.. fed-up, i googled on "bitter avocados" & discovered dat "soft avocados are overly ripe & may be bitter"..

!!! freak lah! but at least i learnt somethin abt avocados lol.. next time round i shall buy harder avocados.. but i lack a taster cos Honey cant take bitter stuff XD
