~dRaGoN bOaT FeST!~

todae was the Dragon Boat Festival..NUS cheerLeading team Alpha Verve went down to support & spice things up a bit wif our routine as well as to well..lead the cheers! met up earlie to reserve seats fer our "1000" supporters..did dry run to mark out the steps..had some prob wif radio cos music was too soft..wasn't all dat perfect..morale down..

put up banners & had lunch..got some prob wif the NTU pple who came to put up their banners as well in our area..our lawyer miss hui min argued wif them along wif leo..den cud not reallie do much..den the NUS pple came..we led the cheers fer a while den proceeded to carry out our routine..the music was too soft to be heard..esp after the cheer..but we counted out aloud & it was great! the crowd was cheerin lyke mad & the atmosphere was good..bet we all smiled lyke mad instead of our usual stressed look..haha..

later on a few more races & slack time so i chatted wif weihao & leo den watched the show dat alvin & jsheng set up haha..den after the PM race, which NUS won =D, we did the routine fer the second time..the dragon boat team were so supportive of us..cheerin & wow-ing..hehe..

oh yeah juz b4 we left we took many pix..since our costume looked lyke car show girls we posed by richard's old car..a bit weird tho..haha den we all got excited at adam's car =D it looked nice! haha..den i got my motorbike pic! the act SEH & COOL look muahaha..den i learnt how to start a bike engine..weihao tod mi its the old kinda bike so nid to kick start..lol its so tough i cant do it..

den we went to haf din..oh yeah had lotsa ice cream..huimin had bot a mango ice cream & offered to almost everybody so weihao & mi bot the mango 1 as well heh..den byon byon byon bot a strawberry 1 which tasted unlike strawberry lol..den we saw an all girl band outside Esplanade..1 guitarist usin a flying V..coolness..

after din we tokked lyke mad..sat outside the hotel..haha..carol took a few pix when jan, jia & us went toilet tog..haha yay it was a tiring but fulfillin day =D happie..lookin forward to the wisma performance next week..shud be less tirin..onli perform datz all..now whole body muscle aching..zzz
